Christmas gathering

Today was the Christmas gathering for the exchange students in ICT campus. Steffi, Lea and I went there. I thought this is a very nice way to end the GetFinternational course, who organized the gathering. We arrived, got our Bingo card and the first cup of Glöggi, which is really tasty by the way! Then we started decorating some ginger bread cookies and I realized, that I am really bad at it… Steffi’s designs were so much better than mine, but that was okay because every time I messed up, I just ate the cookie which was delicious. After I gave up on decorating the gingerbread cookies, we went to the horse parkour to cross off another task on the bingo card. I was first to ride the hobbyhorse (don’t know if that is the right translation but it is what google translator said...) I got a bit confused with the parkour so I scored a time of 19 seconds. Steffi had 16 seconds and Lea was even faster with 14 seconds. It was a lot of fun. Then we went to do the Quiz about Finnish traditions around Christmas time and I scored 4/10, I got told it is not too bad, but I though it was quite bad, even for just guessing. After that I went Christmas cards crafting… and I have to say I am not very good at that either, but I will give the card to my mom at Christmas eve and show her what her 22-year-old daughter is capable of. I also said Merry Christmas in another language, in Chinese but I can’t remember how it went, it was very hard. I think we all had a really good time there and I would go there again.
